Hey, I like the new, added categories!

largest cast of unknowns, little used and seemingly worthless talents....

Come on, Ken! Those unknowns aren't worthless! We need someone to blame when it's not, er, funny. That's the intention, right?

But honestly, I'm a avid fan of the show... but I don't watch it as much as I did in past years. And espeically now that Will Ferrell left! Blaaaah. He was a comdeic genius if I ever saw one. I don't know, perhaps it's just because I'm a new yorker; it's a law or something--you have to watch.

OK, my listy list:

Current Raves:

Friends
Will & Grace
A Makeover Story (TLC, baby)
Gilmore Girls/Dawson's Creek (don't pity)
Trading Spaces
Regis & Kelly (for real, don't laugh)
Today Show (even though I think Matt Lauer is the biggest jerk ever, that f'er...but I digress.)
The View! (Looooove it! Honest.)

Of All Time:

SEINFELD
FEAKS & GEEKS
My So Called Life (yeah, Erica!)
SNL (more or less)
Late World With Zach
Daily Show
The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn
Jeopardy (I pretend I'm uber-smart!)
Behind the Music (doesn't matter who it is. I always find myself watching! Jeeez! I guess that says something...)

Most Overlooked:

Downtown (a cartoon on MTV back in the day)
Austin Stories (another great show on MTV that rocked my world)
LATE WORLD WITH ZACH

Best Network:

The Metro Chennel! New York Metro area people know what I'm talkin' about. It's addicting.

OK, 'nough from me. This is plain scary.

Friday! Yessssness!

Maria

Current:

Lots of good choices here! I don't have much time to watch TV lately - but after I put the little man into bed and the hubby is still at work, I turn on Court TV. I like all that morbid stuff about murders and crime. That's my idea of entertainment - which is a sadly pathetic admission on my part.

Since I have a short attention span and cannot remember to watch a weekly show, a show has to be damn good for me to remember to watch it every week. Here is that list

Favs:
1. The Sopranos
2. CSI (I just got into the show.)
3. Home Movies (Cartoon Network. Adult Swim)
4. Mind of the Married Man (Neurotic characters are always funny)
5. South Park (those guys still got it. The new season is just as funny as the first.)
6. Unsolved History (but last episode wasnt that good)

Shows I like but can never remember to watch:
1. The Daily Show
2. John Doe
3. The Osbournes
4. Oz
5. Monster Garage (Something about Jesse James that is really sexy. Perhaps it is that blowtorch)
6. Good Eats (i dont know when it comes on. but i watch all the replays during the weekend. Alton Brown is the best! leaves that Emeril prick in the dust.)

Best Over Looked Show:

Scratch and Burn.

Catch it on Saturday Nights (well ive been sick. damn allergies) at 9:30 on MTV.

Four of the funniest guys. its too good for MTV.

Oh goodness! Someone besides me liked Cupid! I'm so happy I could bust. Being in College with little-to no access to a TV, I can't really say I have favorites from this year. Can I submit the Bachelor since multiple members of my family will get violent if they can't watch it. (I know for a fact that if my father had watched the Victoria's Secret fashion show there would have been bloodshed) Oh and don't be embarassed for liking Darkwing Duck. (Sunday's Child) It's a guilty pleasure of mine too.

New Topic Time!!

Shows You Thought Kicked As A Kid But Can No Longer Bare To Sit Through:

Full House: Bob Saget. 'nough said.

ALF: Was my ultimate favorite as a youngin'- I tried to watch when I got to college but just didn't find humor in this stupid creature and his weird obsession with cats. Freakish.

Saved By The Bell: How annoying is it how that whenever one of the main stars gets a kiss or says something in the realms of deaming romantic, the entire audience has to "coooo" I just can't bare it. But, it still has some redeaming factors, I guess-- like the ability to laugh at how silly Zach Morris looks with his gigantic cell phone. That will never tire.

Hmmm. I'm sure there's more but I should do some work now. It's so sad, I'm at my school library on the day after thanksgiving doing homework. Not to mention that it's friiiday. But whatever. I'm a studios fuck. haha. Maybe.

Maria, no way!!! I watched those shows as a kid and now I think they're way better a decade later. I watched Saved by the Bell twice a day.

But then again, I laugh at just about everything they do. I think it's one of those things where it's so dumb you just have to giggle. And watch obsessively.

yeah! Wee-Tiddy! Pretender rocks my world. here are my lists:

current:
SURVIVOR
Friends
NYPD Blue
West Wing
Ed (and I thought it was going to be stupid!)
ER
Trauma: Life in the ER (I love TLC!)
Trading Spaces
Boston Public
Sports Center
The Osbournes
Alias
Malcom in the Middle

All Time

Homicide: Life on the Streets (I was sooo mad when evil NBC cancelled it)
Practice (this year has been kind of lame, but Dylan McDermott is still hot)
Pretender
Profiler (got stupid after the main profiler left)
Seinfeld
American Embasy (I was actually sad that they cancelled it. I thought since they cancelled Ally they would put this on in that time slot)

-steph
and in edit: I watched the Sopranos a lot last week. It's really a good show! I wish I got HBO.

------------------
CSU= Bowl Bound, baby, yeah!!

Hey, on that topic change: I'm showing my age, here, but I used to watch "the Facts of Life." Also, the cartoon "Dungeons & Dragons," and "Diff'rent Strokes." Yeah. I really did.

Ken, I can't get to your link. I'll try again, though. Have you read the Anita Blake novels by Laurell Hamilton? Lots of good vampire/wereanimal/preternatural stuff in them! The last one, Narcissus in Chains, is quite freaky-deaky if you know what I mean.

I know there's no real relavence but Steph's signature got me all giddy. Last night was just too cool for words. Truly one of the best concert I've ever been to and well...

I met him. Jakob Dylan. Yeah, *him* And all I got to say is woooooooow! I'm still blown away by the whole experience. He was just amazing. So sweet and friendly and gorgeous and thankful...did I say gorgeous?

The Wallflowers and Ours. STELLER! Ok... enough from me.

I'm pickin' up my pictures along with the ones with Jared Leto this afternoon so if anyone's interested, I'll hook it up, yo. Just halla!

Bronwen, it is not showing your age because I am younger yet I recall "Facts of Life" and "Different Strokes", they were the collest showing. My mates and I still talk how "Facts of Life" should be on in re-run.
