Yay, Ericka!! I posted this a while ago and got no takers. It looks like we're the only ones rockin' to 'Sea Change.' Everyone's missin' out on some fantastic Beckness! Ooo la la. I feel kinda bad for him though... it's so somber. He must be dying inside over his breakup. Well, it made for some fantastic music and some stunning orchrestrations! Geeez. It's a gem. hello everyone! i am so freakin' excited!!! i bought tickets to seen beck/flaming lips yesterday, 10th row!!! i can barely contain myself. i loves me some beck although i havene't bought his latest cd. i will have to take your advice ericka and get my ass to the record store this weekend (lol). i've heard nothing but raves about it  IP: Logged |

I got tickets for this tour, too. Woohoo.  Although, mine aren't 10 row, you luck girl. It's the total opposite-- I have obscured seats! AHHH! I'm determined to mingle in the crowd though and get a good spot. Somehow. Beck and the freakin' Flaming Lips! What a perfect paring. I just bought the CD this afternoon. Every song sounds so painfully beautiful. A bit folky, but not dated... Agh. I'm not getting over this one.
