I really like the latest Suzanne Vega offering, produced by RUPERT HINE and featuring Gerry Leonard on MOST guitars and stringed things. I've been a fan of hers for many years. A friend who had never heard Duncan's music (he's in mid 40's), but has a large collection of 'modern' female artist's cds; he thought Duncan's voice was really good because he does with it what many female singers do. (I'm not going to analyze this too much) I played him the first CD, and he really like the songs. Alas, one more plug: http://www.aaronspiro.com He's new and interesting.
