Last week, my cable company was providing a week-long preview of several different stations, many of which would be provided if someone subscribed to the company's digital cable plan. I was watching the WAM Network on Tuesday afternoon, and the station was broadcasting a program called "Our Hero." I enjoyed watching this show, and during the show, I noticed that it was filmed and aired in Canada. Is this show still on the air? How popular is the show in Canada? Richard IP: Logged |

Sorry Richard, I haven't heard of this show. I don't watch much Canadian TV -- we have a satellite dish, and that's what we usually watch. Sorry I couldn't help. Tina IP: Logged |

Its okay, Tina. I wish I could get a satellite dish, and get more stations! Richard IP: Logged |

We kind of HAD to, because I still wanted my American tv when we moved here, and that was the only way to get it. ![]()

My parents are happy with the cable we have. Well, they are happy, and they aren't happy. I think they like what they get, but hate the price they have to pay for it. Personally, I like the stations we get, but there's so much more I want. Oh well, I guess I can't have it all until I move out! ![]() Richard IP: Logged |

I have no clue what Our Hero is, and we all know I am a TV fanatic. Give me an idea, eh? IP: Logged |

Jenn: Since I've only seen the show once, I can't really say much about it. The story appears to be seen from the eyes of a high school girl named Kale. She has two good friends in Mary E. and Ross. From what I understand, the main character writes a magazine, called Our Hero, which details her life or something along those lines. That's all I can really say. Last week, the show appeared on the WAM Network, which was aired all week by my cable company to show people what they could get with Digital Cable. My cable company is now giving a week-long preview of another station, so unless I end up getting Digital Cable, I won't be seeing Our Hero for awhile. Richard IP: Logged |

well since I do not get the WAM network I have no clue what it even is. But now that I think about it I believe we get it on YTV, which is not a channel I even understand why we have in my house, they play mostly kids/teen shows. I have flipped it on and stopped because there is this woman with a really funny voice on it (scary I have seen her in garbage bag ads and her voice is that bad), anyway I think I have seen ads for "Our Hero", but never watched it. There are not a lot of Canadian shows, other than the news I watch anymore. Canada seems to have a great range of kids shows and French game shows, but are lacking in the adult shows, or if they have an okay show for adults it does not last very long. IP: Logged |

That's why we need to write and perform on a show called "Just Jenn," and have it aired in Canada. Richard IP: Logged |

I think I'm going to write the first episode tonight of "Just Jenn". As it is my day off and I have not got the car for the day, it is the perfect oppurtunity. I hope you will enjoy it.-steph IP: Logged |

I just have to say again, Steph is so brilliant, seriously I think that was something that could be aired on TV... IP: Logged |

Steph's writing was so bloody brilliant that I was left speechless. It was witty, charming, and full of life and spirit. ![]() Richard IP: Logged |

Think we have to get these copywrited, hehe. Next season we will see Just Julia on TV, with Julia Loius Dryfus (sp?) playing the lead, but all the characters will be there. IP: Logged |
