Attention all Coldplay fans, the group will be releasing a new CD on August 27th, entitled "A Rush of Blood to the Head."

Songs include:

According to the group's website, they were working on another song for the album, but they had not come up with a song title. That was back on April 16th.

Kay Richard, popular opinion is that you know to much

Coldplay is native to London...and yet you know the UK news before I do, and I live right here on the outskirts, how pathetic am I? LOL, wowee, Great Job!!

You're not pathetic at all, MsD. I just happened to stumble onto a news article at CDNow.com, which talked about Coldplay's new album and its release date. From there, I went to the group's website and found out what songs will be on the new disc.

If it wasn't for luck, I would still be in the dark about Coldplay's new CD.

You can listen to Coldplay's new single "In My Place" at their website, but it won't be released officially for a few more weeks. Use the small black and white arrows on the right to scroll to the bottom of the singles list.

Their website has lots of singles and music videos. Some of the videos are kinda corny, but I totally dig the simplicity of the "Yellow" video. It's all about feeling the music, man.

And this is the best part of the website, you can find out all about their tour dates before anyone else.... they're doing a small club tour in August! Woo Hoo!!! Only people registered to their site can buy tickets!!! They're hittin' the major cities (NYC, DC, Philly, Boston, LA, San Fran) and one city in the midwest (Minneapolis). Rock on!!!
