Kellye, are you trying to torment me, I have not seen, nor will I be seeing this movie. And believe it or not it is simply because of the Britney factor, if you put one of those other bubbly teen actresses in it I probably would have went. It does not look Oscar worthy, but the plot, had they not cast Britney, does not seem that horrible. IP: Logged |

in contrast, I will not see it because it looks terrible. She being in it is just the icing on the floor... ![]() -steph [This message has been edited by sweetsnail (edited February 15, 2002).] IP: Logged |

I can't believe that Dan Ackroyd (sp)is in it. (Hangs her head and mourns). Oh well, I unfortunatley have to see it or have to find out the content of it. I have a daughter who loves Brittney and she cant see the movie if I dont see it first to make sure that it is appropriate for her. (What we do for our children.) Luckily I might just wait until it comes out on video, lol. IP: Logged |

ugh. My children would be disowned if they liked Spears. I would forbid the watching of that movie. Barney is also forbidden. And no N'the stink or Front Alley Girls t.v. specials either. you are a brave and wonderful woman to preview that for your child! I commend you!-steph IP: Logged |

I am, lol. I wish my daughter shared my good taste in music, but alas she is too influenced by her friends and media. Good thing though the other day she told me she didnt really like the BSB too much they were getting to be too old, (she called them old men)LOL. I keep telling her and her friends that when they get a bit older they wont like the music they like now, and I force them to listen to Duncan and Pete Yorn in the car, Muhahahahahahaha. I am hoping it will start to grow on them. IP: Logged |

Britney was on "Rosie O'Donnell" yesterday to plug this movie. She was spilling out her ego faster than poor Rosie could keep up with - Rosie was trying to give Britney a chance to show that she had at least SOME semblance of character. I'd never really seen much of her before, to be honest. She was so, um, "plastic." I guess I haven't been missing much. ![]() Shari [This message has been edited by wolfspirit (edited February 15, 2002).] IP: Logged |

This movie looks so bad i gotta see it. Did u know that she was just bored on tour and thought of this idea for a movie and called a screenwriter to write it for her. (Read this in some interview.) That annoys me tremendously. I dont want to go to the theaters though. Id be the only one there who had a drivers license. That is embarassing.
