Hello, Did you ever wonder: Why is it that when you sit up and sit down, the result is the same? If a disgruntled employee is unhappy, then what is a gruntled employee? I have never seen one. For me sitting up and sitting down are different. You can sit down without sitting up, but can not sit up without first sitting down. It is all about posture. But here are a couple: What is it in ball park franks that make them 'plump' when you cook them? Is the front of a desk the place you sit or the place that faces the wall or outwards? Why do we say on a bus when we mean in a bus, yet we do not say on a car to mean the same thing? I have many more but will leave you those for now. IP: Logged |

mmmm....These make me happy...  Thanks for sharing here are a few...Drive on a parkway, park in a driveway? If pro and con are opposites, what is the opposite of progress? (congress! ha, what a laugh!) Why are they called doughnut holes when they are actually the INSIDE of the doughnut hole and not the whole itself? Why, if Anne Heche likes girls, would she marry a guy? And why, if this guy knows she likes girls, would this guy marry her? (This puzzles me greatly.) Why don't I get to see Duncan Sheik in concert? Is it something in the stars? Why can't the date for the Matchbox20 and Train concert come faster? Is the earth really round, or is is just our imagination? Why is Toys R Us only for kids?
