Alrighty, here we go, I hope you're in for a looong ride!

Ok, we (my cousin Brittany and I) get to the diner where Duncan is playing at around 10ish. The concert is supposed to start at 12, and we were supposed to be ther no later than 11:45. I hope we were on time hehehe! Well the diner doesn't open til 11, but we saw someone go in so we decided to go in. We go in there and then blah blah blah, I don't really know what Britt said to the girl but yea, next thing I know we are sitting at the bar and they are still setting thing's up. We are chattin with people about Duncan and blah blah blah.

Now it's 11:15 and people start coming in. I'm gettin a little scared cuz people are getting closer to the entrance to where the concert is, and I'm not down with that. Well Britt and I make our way to the door and then we go on out to the patio where the concert is gonna be takin place. Ok, it's about 45 degrees out, windy, cold, and rainy. I'm not down with that either! Even though it was enclosed by tarp type thing's it still sucked. The whole time we where there rain was dripping on my leg LoL. So they hand us our FREE shirts from the radio station, our Daylight cd's and the 8x10 glossy of Duncan. VERY SEXY! 2 older women were sitting with us and had no clue who Duncan was. The one girl who won the tickets called the other girl and said "we're havin lunch with Martin Sheen!" LoL. So they gave us their Duncan pics! They were awesome! They were really funny and cool.

Duncan arrives!!! At first Gerry and a few other people were in and out settin up stuff, and then I saw Duncan enter the building next door and OMG HE WAS SO HOT! Well after a few minutes I had to get up to go to the bathroom, (told ya im givin ya all the details!) and on the way back I passed Gerry and said hey to him and he said hey back! yeay!

So we wait and wait and wait and then Duncan comes out and he sits down and he is literally 3 feet away from me. My table was right by the heater and they wanted us to move our table back so DUncan and Gerry could be near the heaters. Yea, 3 FEET! But I was like, to the side of him but Britt was RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM! And he kept lookin at her and smilin and I wanted to kill her but that's beside the point! He did look at me a few times while singing and that made me nearly wet my pants.

Duncan was soo funny. I forget how he worded it, but it was somethin like this.
D:She's a little tempermental (sp? talkin about his guitar). She doesn't like bein cold.
Then he sang Barely Breathing.
D:This is another pop song, it's called On A High" he sang that, and when he first started it I started humming this thing Britt and I have, it's hard to explain, but Duncan heard it and laughed lol. Then switches guitars.
D:"This is a little...folk song, it's called For You" THAT REALLY GOT ME! That one made me cry, I LOOOVE THAT SONG! Then he's like
D:"This is Gerry Leonard, and he wrote this song called Start Again" he sang that and then he says D:"Now I'm gonna sing a Radiohead song" and I'm thinkin it's gonna be FAke Plastic Trees, and then Britt's like "Which song?" and he's like "Fake Plastic Trees" yea it was funny, I guess you just had to be there!

Now Duncan's done singing and it's time for the autographing stuff. He starts signing something for Britt and then she get's up to get her pic with him, and then this dude was like "Can Duncan sit here? It's easier to sign stuff on the table" I'm like "SURE!" So Duncan is sittin by me signin autographs and takin pictures and yea, that was really hot. Then I met this girl named Tiffany (yea!) and we talk and stuff, and then Duncan and I are chit chattin and IT WAS GREAT! Then it's my turn for an autograph and Duncan signs my pic, and then the whole time I was gonna get a Humming cd cover signed for Steph, but then that woman gave me her pic so I handled that for her! I was like "Duncan, can you make this one out to Stephanie, she is a really really big fan of your's and I met her on the m/b, she lives in Colorado and has never been able to see you in concert" oh, OK COOL! And he signed it for her

Welllll that's all I can think about right now. I'm still trying to handle myself from the concert. I'll post the pics once I get them handled. Hope ya'll enjoy!!!

(in case you are wondering, i don't post as often as i used to, marching band, school and work take up ALL of my time (unless duncan is involved)...)
