I called the radio station that's listed for the Boston show on Thursday and the women I spoke with had no idea Duncan was coming to the area, let alone that they were supposedly going to be conducting some sort of Duncan event. Wellllllll! This was just added to the station website: ****Want to see Duncan Sheik! 92.9 'BOS has your chance to see an intimate performance of Duncan Sheik! Starting Monday (10/7) thru Friday, 92.9 BOS will be giving you a chance to see Duncan at the Capital Grille (appetizers and wine included)on Newbury Street for this very classy, very 'BOS performance on Friday, 10/11 at 5:00pm. Just be the 7th caller when you hear the cue to call at 617-931-1111 between 7am - 7pm for your chance at seeing Duncan Sheik in this intimate setting! I must win tickets to this contest. It better not be 21 and over. That would f'en suck... especially since I'll be 21 in Dec! AHHH! Oh well, if I don't I'm just gonna head down to that resturaunt. Oh you suck! Just kidding! I'm so jealous. I would love to go to something like that! HOwever, I am way far away in Nashville, TN. I hope the does something like that here. I did see him in a small venuw in Memphis though and I loved that, but I want to see him again. How cool. I hope you get to go. Good luck with the 21 and over thing. If wine is served, it may well be. I am glad I dont have to worry about that anymore-- 25 here about to be 26 in November. Duncan's birthday is in November too!! IP: Logged |

an intimate show with duncan, with wine and apps, who could ask for more! my m.i.l is having a wine tasting in 2 weeks . . .do you think i could get duncan to come? he he. i had a dream a while back that i was at a party (setting was that cool beach house in 'point break' and duncan was there hanging out by the fire outside and someone gave him a guitar and he sang 'for you'. ah, it was beautiful, i was bummin when i woke up from that one. ) = shannon IP: Logged |
