Ok, so today is, I suppose, a relaunch of my little site. At the duncan sheik concert page, you can find MP3s of Live @ Reservoir, Enjoy! Joe- I noticed you ripped off the Roanoke college concert from duncansheik.org. I would appreciate it if you link to my site instead of stealing the stuff I work very very hard to get from CD into a format that will stream for people. dudes, don't fight. just spread the duncan love. by the way, i noticed on your site, tim, that you're using one of the pictures i took of duncan in CT in some sort of a montage thing with the picture above a tape recorder or something. i find that to be very cool. later guys,

Thx for the tip joe. I have the radio section on the main page a site update and I just kind of expected that most folks will go to the audio page for additional audio. Point well taken though. Thanks again. Cici - I usually have no idea where these pictures come from....I download them into one big ole folder and then rummage around until I find one I can manipulate. With the one where Duncan is magically being asimilated by the tape-recorder.....if you would prefer I not use your picture I can replace it ASAP. The photo series (I think he was originally under purple light in a studio environment) was so good I thought it was done by pros. I dont want to offend anybody. Just say the word and I will respectfully remove the picture with my most sincere of apologies. A couple of the pictures I used I took on my own of DS and most of the others are official press-release kind of stuff. Joe- Once again, I may have miscommunicated. I noticed you made the links on YOUR site refer to the files on MY site. I wasn't meaning to ask for you to "leech" the files from duncansheik.org. What I was trying to ask was that you remove the links all together from your site and simply link to my site. I worked very hard to seperate, enhance, encode, and organize the files for duncansheik.org and I am just asking that you respect that and link to the site that originated the content instead of hosting it as your own. In return, I will grant you the same respect by not ripping off what rarities you obtain directly from and to put on my site. I think that is fair though I do realize you are free to do what you want. I just think an agreement would be easier than me having to put measures in place to prevent folks from mooching for thier own sites. If we both get something from some other source (ntnl videos or broadcasts..ect) that is one thing. But if you are responsible for putting something online, I will respect that and simply put a link to your site to content you are souly responsible for getting online...like the new concert you are preparing to put up. ok, first thing. I am not stealing the files. I am not claiming them as my own. I am not saying that I did any work, whatsoever in getting these files. All I am doing is presenting a page w/ a bunch of links on it, links to your site. If your site got paid for every time someone visited, it would be a different story. It does not, though, so i fail to see why it should matter. I gave DS.org plenty of credit for the files. But, I have never been one to complain when it comes to things like this.
