I heard "On a High" played for the first time on the radio today. I recognized the beat the instant it started. I'd like to think my emailing the radio stations helped a little, but that's probably just wishful thinking.
Anyway, for any of you who live in the Twin Cities area in MN (I'm hoping there's some other MN Duncan fans out there but I have yet to meet any) Cities97 (97.1) is now playing "On a High".

Thats it!

Cities 97 played On a High! Wow, I always thought that KS95 would beat them to it! Too bad hate the radio! When did you hear it?

Monday, a little before noon I think.

I take it you're a fellow minnesotan Carly? If so, it's good to know I'm not the only one.

Yeah, I am from the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. There are more on this board.

How did they intro it?

I'm sad. Virginia has no love for "On A High." The stations around here sure play "Barely Breathing" a whole lot, but no Duncan music beyond that. Any other fellow Virginians hear "On A High" yet?? I'm very curious. Maybe I haven't heard it because I stick with my CDs in the car...

Peace,
Sam

Sorry Carly, didn't hear the intro. I wasn't really paying attention to the radio until the familiar beat caught my attention.
(But it was a "new music monday" so that probably had something to do with it)

The stations in my area seem to be on the same track as the ones near Sam.

We still get heavy rotation of "Barely Breathing," and once in awhile "She runs away." But unfortunately not much more than that.

OK ~ now I'm on a mission ! (hehe)

I never hear him on my local radio stations. They just play the same crap over and over again. All the songs get played out. I only hear Barely Breathing like once every other month at like 4:00 in the morning and they never play any of his other song of his. I just recently found Cities 97 and the first song I heard on it was, you guessed it, On A High! How wonderful! Now I hear it all the time and tape it every time. I just love the song. Especially the part when he goes up on the "high" near the end. He is the greatest! G'BYE

Cities 97 playing Duncan is almost enough of a reason to get me to listen to the radio again, but radio sucks! There are too many commercials and everything is the same. I guess I won't listen to it.
