Hey guys, I was just looking at Amazon.com and it says that if you preorder Daylight from their website,you can immediately listen to a stream of the full album! Is anyone planning on doing this? I would,but I live in Canada and shipping would be a pain,etc.Someone really should do this and then tell us about the other songs...the anticipation is KILLING me!!! IP: Logged |

I have purchased the album from Amazon and gained access to the CD online. The quality is good. I ripped the tracks (after a lot of work) and after having thecked them over, there are copy protection clicks that get progressively worse with every song. I dont think's the quality is worth putting online. There may be a way to rip high quality stuff...but I dont want to undermind the power of a release date on his CD either. The harder I have to work to swipe the songs, the more guilty I feel. Having said that, I will leave the On A High mp3 and video online. I would encourage all of you who want to hear the CD to spring for the $11bux (also...you can hear Duncan say the Fword in the song "good morning") so buy it. The stream is CD quality...very very good. My rips are NOWHERE near as good. I am sorry to let you guys down. I didnt realize (until I read the previous messages) that you guys knew what I was up to. I will keep putting anything Duncan related online that will promote his stuff. I just dont feel right offering what he does for money up for free. I want the man to get paid so he keeps bringing us more music. There ARE those around who might just d/l it and not purchase it. Thats NOT what I want. -knowing the Donuts understand IP: Logged |

It's really too bad that it didn't work out,but I totally understand your point about not wanting to exploit his music.It just really sucks for me because I'm canadian and that downloading thing doesn't apply to international orders,otherwise I would have bought it right when I discovered the offer this afternoon.Oh well,hopefully Atlantic will get off their asses and finally put soundclips on their website...if not,I guess I gotta wait till the 27th (it's not THAT long away ) Thanks for trying though!!!IP: Logged |

If you can possibly afford to do it, I highly reccommend it. I just did and the CD is incredible! My kids want to go to the pool and I just want to sit and listen to the computer! I can't wait to get that CD in my hands so I can listen to it anywhere! Mally IP: Logged |

Ok, I preordered it and thanks to Mally for the discount, woot!!!! This cd is incredible! For those of you who have not been able to hear it all I can say is you wont be disappointed. Now I can't wait until he starts touring, it is killing me waiting. Ok, maybe not killing me...... that was a bit of an exaggeration. Yeah,sound clips on this website would be excellent...just check the atlantic website and all they're previewing is on a high now.Tdoglovin,would you be willing to put some short soundclips up,just for other international fans like me where streaming the album from amazon isn't an option? Yeah, I think some short lower quality clips would be just fine. I will make that happen this weekend for the Donuts. I am starting to launch a new fansite-----I will make links this weekend to a few shorter clips of the songs. IP: Logged |

Hey guys, I purchased the new CD, but I'm having trouble accessing the tracks. When I click on the listen button I get an error message. (Then it kicks me off line completely) Did anyone else have this happen? If so, whats the remedy? Very frustrated w/headache. IP: Logged |

Got it working........ But because it's coming through on a 56K modem....it does not play straight through. I just LOVE it All so far. Duncan remains true to himself and true to us.
