I think Duncan needs to get his people on making a DVD. It would be great to have access to his music vids, interviews, tv appearances, etc and be able to watch them on a TV instead of the low quality stuff floating around the internet. I think it would do very well, especially if they could get it out soon after Daylight's release. Does anybody know if Duncan is working on any such project or if he's at least considering it. If not, maybe our group should start using the power of persuasion to get one made.  Just wanted to put that thought out there. -Calvin IP: Logged |

right on with that idea. I mean, getting the vids off the net is nice and all, but its nothing compared to the quality of DVD...I can see 2 DVDs in the future: a collection of music videos, and a live concert w/ bonus interviews. I'm not sure why I didn't post this earlier, but my brother and one of his friend's pulled one over me. I came in one day and they were like "we were at Media Play yesterday and they have a Duncan dvd." I'm like "yea whatever" and they were like "NO, FOR REAL, take us to Media Play and we'll prove it to you!" Well for a second I thought they might be telling the truth, but I told them on the way over there that if they were lying to me that they would be walking home, and that would be a good long walk lol. So I get there and they were like "it was right over here" so I'm lookin through all these dvd's and asking people that work there and they were like "no, we don't have any." They scammed me, I should have known it, but yea, they beat me out to the car and said they wouldn't let me in unless I promised not to leave them....I could have killed them though. Jen IP: Logged |

It would definitely be cool to get some concert footage. Especially if we could get it of some of the smaller, more intimate venues. Also, I personally would love to hear some of Duncan's thoughts on the music making process he uses, and how he decides to use some of the tunings he does =Scott IP: Logged |

I think we'll get our Duncan dvd the day they start selling 'On a High' as more than a radio single and actually open the online store! I mean, we all are willing to THROW money at Atlantic and the store still isn't open! Pooh! Btw, will he ever be touring in his home of NY? When do I get to see him live again? It was so nice meeting him after the concert at Village Underground! He was so sweet and so incredibly adorable. <sigh> --Sarah, constant advocate for the online store to open! IP: Logged |
