OK - here's my beef. Those of us on the west coast live very far from Duncan; thus we miss extra concerts, TV appearances, etc. I would LOVE to see the "Atlantic Sound Stage" broadcast of Duncan's Orlando, Florida concert, but there are very few cable channels airing it out here. It is to air in early July (my birthday!). So I'm asking this ever-so-cool Duncan Sheik community if ANYONE would be able to tape it and send me a copy. Email me and we can discuss a cool trade or I will pay for it. I would be so indebted to anyone able to do this that I would cry tears of joy and bow humbly before you. I'll even come clean your bathroom or wash your car; I just don't do windows. West coast blues are sucky sometimes!  Shari. Geez, now all you west coasters wake up! Come on why not just get Duncan to get his cute little bum right back out here!! I tried to get the Street Scene thing going, but I think he's going to be in Europe. But he's gonna be in TX and HI, we're right 'In Between' the two, maybe he'll be doing some sort of permotional thing. Oh, well. Peace Jennie  ps I want a copy too!!! pps I think when "Spring Awakenings" opens in NYC all of us Duncan fans should try to go. I'm most definantly going to try to fly out to see it! Hey Shari, You may have the west coast blues, but I have the Canadian Blues!!! As far as I know, there isn't a Canadian channel that is going to show the concert. I'm glad I have DirecTV, so I can hear it on MusicChoice....But I want visual!!!!! I would also love to have a tape of that show!!! Tina IP: Logged |

Hey Shari, Not sure if you still check this thread, but I was thinking of you the other day, because my husband and I are moving back to LA next May, and I am going to hate not being able to hop around NY to see Duncan....I feel your pain already!!! Maybe we should make a list of what states we are from. Maybe Duncan's booking peoples would take a look and see where some of the bigger fans live (ie. those psycho enough to be regulars on an internet BBS) and consider those states a little more...?
