It would be great to organize some sort of internet listening party for the messageboard crowd. Who is going to appreciate this album more than us? ![]() IP: Logged |

Rob, I agree with you 100%. Wishful Thinking IS a masterpiece. I could listen to that song over and over and over and over and hear something new in it each time. IP: Logged |

Wishful Thinking is amazing. It's too bad that the rest of the movie was not that hot. Carly IP: Logged |

I just don't get tired of listening to that song, it's like you say, eveytime I here something new in it. The guitar work is awesome in that song. The fretless bass are so well recorded. It would be awesome for him to do something along those lines. He's said in interviews that his newt album is a bit more "modern". Let's wait and see. He definatly has the potential to hit another # one song again. Anyway, the movie was okay, but I don't reacll ever hearing his song...what a shame! best regards, Rob IP: Logged |

I ran into a friend last night I had'nt seen in a couple of years. We cought up on what we were listening to and I told him that I was realy into Duncan, and he was like, "I hate Duncan" I felt like bitch slapping him. Then he goes off and tells me I have to listen to Incubis... That's when I dropped the conversation, " Incubis? what are you, stoned?" Anyway, Just had to get that off my chest. Duncan Rocks!! You mean you didn't bitch slap him, Rob?? And you are friends with this poor lost soul? hehe. But honestly, I do like Incubus. -steph IP: Logged |

hehe, I like Incubus as well. I'm not ashamed to say it. I think we can like all sorts of music, and trust me, I really like a wide variety. And the best thing is, as life goes on the variety gets even wider. It's great to experience new sounds...I mean sire they can be new, but I am referring to anything that is new to your ears. Pardon my rambling, but I feel very lucky to have so much to listen to. Geeze I am thankful for being able to hear(yes, I'm thankful for all of my other senses as well ...very much so, to be honest). ~rach IP: Logged |

I hate incubis. I think their melodys are very cheap, and then the lyrics: "Hi! nice to know you" What the? I think Creed is a better band. I'm not into them, but what I've heard sounds much more reasonable. But, evereyone has a different taste, so what the heck. But I should have slapped him or something...too bad. hehehe... I was paralyzed by rage!! Duncan's the best and all, but if he does another Nick Drake style thing, I'm gonna have to go to Ny and slap some sence into him. hehehehe... IP: Logged |

I personally love alot of different music. Lets see, there is rock, rap, spanish hip hop, spanish pop, reggae, ska, spanish ska, Enya, Bjork, and of course Duncan Sheik. Just open up ur minds, there a whole world of exciting and different music. I feel like I should be preaching or something so sorry if it sounds preachy Aquagirl IP: Logged |
