erickaMmmm.... Fugazi! I saw them tonight at Fort Reno in DC (and it was free!). They rock like no other. I dunno how many of you like Fugazi, but they're indie rock gods from DC. They do their job incredibly well. They have a pretty anti-commercial stance, and while bands like Rage Against the Machine go on MTV and complain about commercialism (ironic?), Fugazi honestly practices what they preach. No Fugazi show in the US will ever cost more then $6. They make no merch, just music. And most importantly, the music is sooo quality. If you are not listening to Fugazi at this very second, you should stop reading now and go buy one of their albums.

And I am falling asleep.

BryterLayter77I don't know if there are many, if any, record stores open at 1:17 in the morning. Now that Ericka mentions it, I'll probably walk to Union Station today during my lunch hour to see if I can get my copy of Fugazi's "Argument" CD, which is their latest.

JustJennGASP, Richard, from like a store?
erickaAhem, Richard. It's not 1:17 everywhere in the world, obviously. In California, it would have only been 10:17, meaning Tower Records is still open. Duh. But I won't give you too hard of a time since you followed my directions, even if not immediately. "The Argument" is a good choice. And if you're in DC, then you should have gone to the free show. Bad Richard.
BryterLayter77Gee, Ericka, I must have skipped the Geography class where time zones were discussed. Had I known about time zones earlier, I would have taken a red eye out to L.A. and immediately purchased Fugazi's "Argument" CD.

I understand that Fugazi regularly play at Fort Reno, so I'll just have to catch them another time.

Richard
