Updates
Two things:
1. In case anyone doesn’t know, there are sweet White Limousine t-shirts at the marketplace now. The other night Duncan was all “What happened to the White Limo shirts?” and I was all “Good question…”, and, lo and behold, Todd and Jerrod were way ahead of us and had already put them up in the store.
2. There are four new remixes over at limoremix.com. Let us know what you think.
Also, I think this amaztype thing is cool.

Re: the amaztype thing
Check out www.etsy.com - it’s an e-commerce site for DIY artists, designers, etc. to sell their goods. They have couple of similar functionalities on the far left of their website. My favorite is the “Shop by Color” where you can select any color on a flash pallette & it brings up products with that color. So bitchen!!

‘cuz i like to change the topic:
david poe is promoting his new EP at an apple store in new york, may 16th. wrong coast for me, but since the announcement mentioned “guests” and poe and sheik often show up as each other’s guest. . . maybe you folks in the east will be treated to DS harmonizing with DP on “love is a sinner.”

When I saw this, I was all, “Cool, I’ll have to check out the tshirts”. So I did. But I already have one. Then I was all, “Wow, now I gotta go check out the new remixes.” Which I haven’t done yet, but will.

Thanks, glad you like it! I have a different favorite every couple of weeks. The Rubeck WL mix was new to me, so that’s my current favorite. But, David, I might have listened to the White Lies Star-field more than any other mix! And Nathan’s WL mix with the Magazine middle eight blows me away, that’s so cool.

Oh t-shirts! I just may have to break down and purchase one. Can I make one suggestion though? You might want to considering adding closer up pictures of the art. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m having a hard time seeing the exact image. I know what the images are, but closer up pictures also give everyone an idea of the quality as well. Anyway, just my 2 cents =)

Well you all inspired me to give another remix a shot. This time I did “Fantastic Toys” in honor of Mother’s Day and the fact that the song choked me up everytime I heard it. I’m really thinking WL is Duncan’s best work…definitely his darkest.

I just submitted a remix of “So Gone” I havent heard any remixes of that song yet and i thought i would give it a shot…it has such beautiful harmonies. I did a darker version of the song…maybe it will be posted on limoremix.com….I just submitted it yesterday….if anyone wants to hear it , it is on my myspace page….myspace.com/loveisaction. Thanks again Duncan for letting us fans have the ability to re-interpret your songs! they are all brilliant!
